# Redacted Ventures

> Redacted Ventures helps engineering teams build the machinery around AI-written code — rules, hooks, permissions, and CI gates — so agentic coding holds up under production discipline. Led by Paul Duvall, author of *Continuous Integration* (Addison-Wesley) and *Security for Agentic Engineering*.

The core offering is a month-to-month **advisory retainer** ($15,000/month): working sessions to build an agentic harness your team operates, plus a **harness probe** your team runs in its own CI that produces a monthly **drift report** measuring whether the gates held. No repo write access, no production credentials, no SSO required.

A free, deterministic **readiness scorecard** is the entry point — three pillars (context persistence, multi-agent orchestration, CI/CD integration), scored 0–100 with a letter grade, no AI in the scoring logic.
